Arthur Weng
Partner
Arthur is a Responsible Manager of an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 514063). He holds dual degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Adelaide and has extensive experience in financial services, regulatory compliance and cross-border investment structures.
He founded investment and advisory-related entities in Australia in 2017 and obtained the AFSL in 2020, with a primary focus on wholesale financial services
compliance, trustee oversight and fund supervision.
Arthur currently acts as director or responsible manager for multiple funds and investment platforms, supporting professional investors and fund managers through compliant and sustainable financial and trustee arrangements.
Robert Song
Partner
Robert has over seven years’ experience in
accounting and financial services in Australia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II qualification. He graduated from Monash University with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
His experience covers AFSL compliance, trust and investment structuring, and fund accounting and compliance management, including private equity and real estate investment funds.
Robert specialises in regulatory compliance
monitoring, financial reporting and investor
disclosure, supporting funds in meeting Australian
regulatory requirements with sound governance.
Sunny Yu
Responsible Manager
Sunny Yu has over fifteen years of experience across investment banking, finance and investment management, with a strong focus on infrastructure and alternative asset sectors.
He previously served as Senior Advisor and CEO/ COO of VentureCrowd, one of Australia’s leading venture capital and alternative investment crowdfunding platforms. Sunny has also held senior
executive roles at AMP Capital and Macquarie Capital, where he advised clients across both regulated and unregulated infrastructure sectors on multi-billiondollar refinancing transactions, strategic acquisitions and complex PPP project finance arrangements.
Sunny has served as a Director of Port Hedland Airport and as an Alternate Director of Melbourne Airport and Launceston Airports, contributing to asset
governance, project oversight and board-level decision-making.
Abby Hu
Compliance Specialist
Abby has solid practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping and company secretarial support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). She is primarily responsible for financial reporting, tax
compliance and company secretarial matters.
Her experience includes daily bookkeeping,
financial statement preparation, budget
management and the application of ERP systems, enabling efficient and accurate financial support for clients.
Abby has supported a wide range of SMEs in improving financial management discipline and maintaining compliant and orderly operations.
Allie Li
Financial Analyst
Allie is currently completing a Master of Business specialising in Data Analysis at Monash University. She has over five years of experience in project management and commercial analysis, including involvement in large-scale airport infrastructure construction projects, where she supported cross-functional coordination, resource planning, and cost analysis.
Her background combines analytical rigour, financial awareness, and structured problem-solving to support data-driven business and investment decisions.
